Role Description The Gold Loan role is a full-time, in office position based at the Habra I branch.



The role involves managing end-to-end gold loan operations, including customer onboarding, KYC verification, loan processing, documentation, and secure handling of pledged gold assets. The team member will explain product features and repayment terms, assess eligibility, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting customer interactions, monitoring repayment schedules, supporting collection activities, and ensuring adherence to the organization’s seven-layer security and insurance protocols. The role also requires close coordination with branch staff, promoting Gold Loan products in the local community, and contributing to portfolio growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and risk management.
