Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans,



delivering therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and families to ensure integrated, goal-oriented intervention. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate and coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication and feeding skills at home. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders, with the ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate interventions.
• Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including assessment and treatment in pediatric populations.
• Knowledge and clinical experience in Dysphagia assessment and therapy, particularly in children with developmental challenges.
