About The Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and scale our growth marketing capability across acquisition, conversion and activation. Reporting to the General Manager Member Experience, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and bring together search, performance, lifecycle and behavioural insights to deliver measurable member growth, stronger early engagement and increased funds under management.

You Will

• Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing explicit direction, coaching and meaningful development opportunities.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle and retirement.




• Drive the performance and integration of SEO, SEM, programmatic, paid social, AI-enabled tools and lifecycle activity.
• Design high-impact campaigns and optimisation initiatives that improve conversion, early member activation and digital engagement.
• Establish structured experimentation and test-and-learn frameworks, using behavioural insights and audience intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional squads, creative teams and external agencies to deliver consistent, personalised member experiences.
• Set clear performance targets and oversee reporting, insights and optimisation across growth initiatives, with appropriate consideration of compliance, risk and member outcomes.
