Support towards Due Diligence, Sector Coverage and Business Development
• Support the team in financial and commercial due diligence of the clients including analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.
• Participation with the team in business development activities to reach out to potential clients
• Preparing internal documents and memos / pitches for prospective deal situations with solid qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Creating a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.
• Comfortable in undertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reports
Deal Execution
• Collateral preparation including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book
• with analysis and insights.
• Manage the due diligence process, gradually front
• end the relationship with the respective client representatives
• Assist in the overall deal coordination with the senior team in monitoring
• the portfolio
Eligibility
• Graduates with 1-3 years of experience in Private Credit space.
• Should be a self-starter with a high energy level, orientation for excellence, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent written & spoken English is a must
