Role Description This is a full time, on-site Finance Manager role based at the 4-star hotel property in Ernakulam. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, including monitoring revenue and expenses, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions.



The role includes preparing financial statements and management reports, supervising accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and coordinating with internal departments to validate financial data. The Finance Manager will manage budgeting and forecasting, support cost-control initiatives, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, and audit requirements. The role also involves leading the finance team, implementing process improvements, collaborating with the General Manager and department heads on financial planning, and advising on strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of hotel finance operations, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting within a 4-star or similar hospitality environment.
