Role Description The Business Development Manager – Prefabrication Camp Site & Temporary Infrastructure is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home.



This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in prefabricated camp sites, temporary infrastructure solutions, and related modular construction offerings. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing proposals and commercial offers, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, project, and operations teams to align client requirements with technical capabilities, supporting bid submissions, and participating in client meetings, presentations, and site visits. The Business Development Manager will maintain relationships with key stakeholders, monitor project performance from a commercial perspective, and provide regular reporting on sales targets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
