Role Description The Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, implementing and monitoring QA standards, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations across production and supply chains.



The position includes developing and updating quality documentation, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing quality data, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams. The Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance will collaborate closely with operations, technical, and sustainability teams to maintain product consistency, improve quality performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves training team members on QA procedures, supporting certifications, and contributing to digitalization and process optimization efforts within the quality function.
