Role Description The Senior Software Developer | Shemon Software Solutions role is a full-time, hybrid position responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining high-quality software solutions and workflow systems for a variety of clients and industries. Day-to-day work includes analyzing business requirements, architecting scalable back-end services, writing clean and effective code, and integrating applications with third-party APIs and internal systems. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to translate real-world processes into robust software architecture, as well as reviewing code, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. The Senior Software Developer will also participate in solution design discussions, contribute to technical documentation, optimize performance and security, and support ongoing improvements across deployed systems and platforms.
