What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an Amazon Sponsored ads Specialist who can help drive our clients’ growth to the next level, someone who understands what it takes to drive growth on Amazon, leveraging different tactics and within sponsored ads solutions to help our clients thrive. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, developing strategies based on deep understandings of the customer, competition, and Amazon capabilities - rooted in data and insights. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners to align on strategy and long-term goals for our clients.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities




• Grow brand equity and sales by utilizing Amazon advertising tools, primarily Sponsored Advertising
• Coordinate with account leaders to develop and execute sponsored ads tactics for marketing, advertising, and brand development
• Utilization of Amazon tools and internal reporting tools
• Traffic various creative formats including auto-generated ads, static images, videos, audio, and third-party trackers
• Lend backend optimization and other support as needed to medium and large-sized client accounts to learn tactical and management skills in the support of more complex businesses
• Ensure spend pacing is aligned to agree upon budget and adjust, as necessary. Set monthly budgets at the campaign level for all clients
• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance progress reports for brands to identify trends and optimization insights to accelerate growth.
• Ongoing and proactive optimization and analysis of sponsored ads cam
