Assistant Manager – Sales
Environmental, Social & Sustainability Services

Role Summary
Drive business growth for Environmental, Social and Sustainability Services by acquiring new clients, developing strategic accounts, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role involves promoting environmental consulting, ESG, sustainability, climate risk and assurance services across industrial, infrastructure, energy and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic client relationships.
• Drive sales of environmental consulting, ESG, sustainability reporting, GHG assurance and climate risk advisory services.
• Identify client requirements, prepare techno-commercial proposals and manage tenders and bids.
• Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations and contract closures.
• Build a solid sales pipeline and achieve order booking, revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records,



sales forecasts and business development reports.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 5 years in B2B sales, technical consulting, environmental advisory or Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services.

Key Skills
• Strong business development and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of environmental services, ESG, sustainability and climate advisory.
• Expertise in proposal development, tender management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Target-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen.

Travel: Willingness to travel across India and occasionally internationally.
