• Reconciliation between Payroll inputs and output.
• Salary Variance Report
• Posting entries in SAP
• Bank payment advise
Qualifications required -
MBA/PG
Required Skills -
• Taxation
• Monthly IT declaration reconciliation with SAP.
• Addressing employee taxation queries.
• Preparing 24Q quarterly & annual returns.
• Preparation and issuance of Form 16.
• Statutory Compliances
• Preparing and reconciling monthly PF, Pension data based on payroll and Payments Passing entries for Statutory Payments.
