∙8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead
Developer role.
∙Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce,
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
∙Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP
APIs).
∙Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits,
and performance optimization.
∙Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.
∙Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

∙Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect – required
∙Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
∙Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator
∙Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus
