Role Description
• The Human Resources Intern is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The duration of the intership is (6 Months).
• The intern will support day-to-day Recruitment and HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding documentation, and supporting various employee engagement initiatives.
• The role requires an extroverted,



highly interactive, and approachable individual who enjoys communicating with people and is comfortable engaging with employees, candidates, managers, and other stakeholders. The intern will be expected to actively participate in HR activities, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with candidates and employees through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers accurately.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
