V3NoVa Coaches & Mentors support the participants with Applied Learning for 90 to 120 days for "real impact" personally & professionally.

Role Description The Technical Trainers (Data Security in AI Era) (AI Awareness for Executives) at V3NoVa will design and deliver training sessions and workshops for executive audiences on data security in the AI era and AI-related risks and opportunities.

This part-time, FREE-LANCE role is based in Delhi / Other Metros / Tier 2 cities. With a blend of on-site / on-line sessions and work-from-home flexibility for preparation, content development, and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, presentations,



and case studies; adapting content to different executive profiles; and conducting interactive sessions that promote practical understanding of AI governance, compliance, and ethical considerations.

The role also involves assessing learning needs, gathering feedback, refining training curricula, and collaborating with the Cofounders of V3NoVa.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Technical Training and experience working as Technical Trainers.
• Possess skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design and facilitation.
• Possess effective Communication and Training skills for engaging executive-level participants.
• Knowledge of data security, AI fundamentals, governance, and regulatory considerations
• Experience delivering programs to senior leaders or executive audiences is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Management, or related discipline) or equivalent skilled experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage part
