We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven sales professional who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle and turn qualified prospects into paying customers.
What You'll Do• Identify and approach potential B2B customers, business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
• Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Growbro AI can solve their business problems.
• Conduct product presentations and sales demos, communicate value, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline,



from first contact to payment and onboarding handover.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert interested leads into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track daily activities, and report sales performance.
• Work towards clearly defined daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Share market feedback and customer objections to help improve our sales strategy.

What We're Looking For• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, or technology solutions sales.
• A demonstrated ability to close deals, not just generate leads or schedule meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders, and senior decision-makers.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM tools.
