Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Billing Developer to design, develop, and maintain telecom billing systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in rating, charging, billing, invoicing, and billing lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize billing solutions
• Implement rating logic, tariff configuration, and discounting models
• Experience on billing, invoice generation, mediation processing, payments and reconciliation
• Analyse business requirements and convert them into technical designs
• Troubleshoot billing issues, revenue leakage, and performance bottlenecks
• Integrate billing systems with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, OCS, ERP)
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production deployments
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and compliance

Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years of experience in Telecom Billing Systems
• Hands-on experience with the Billing platforms
• Solid knowledge of:
• Subscription management
• Rating, Charging, Billing cycles
• CDR processing, Mediation systems
• Payment , Accounts receivable, GL
• Proficiency in:
• SQL, PL/SQL
• Unix/Linux environments
• Java (Spring Boot), Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)
• Experience with APIs and system integrations

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
