About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and a confident, organized, and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to handle telecalling, customer communication, follow-ups, and support for our B2B and school customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to schools, prospective customers, and existing customers.
• Explain Math Buddy products and services and understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide timely support.
• Share product information, proposals, and other required details with customers.
• Follow up with schools and customers for meetings, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, demonstrations, and further follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until the next stage or closure.
• Prepare simple daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive spoken and written English.




• Comfortable making outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, inside sales, telecalling, customer relations, or the education sector is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
