E-commerce Executive (Operations & Marketplaces) | Mercaze | Full-time, Remote
Mercaze is a premium men’s innerwear brand based in Mumbai. We sell across India through distributors and retail, and we are scaling quick online through our website, Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.
We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to run the engine behind every online order: from the moment an order comes in to the moment the money lands in our account and matches the books.
What you will do
Orders and dispatch
• Manage daily orders across our website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), and make sure every order is processed, packed and dispatched on time
• Track shipments end to end, and follow up on delays, returns (RTO) and lost or damaged parcels
• Raise and follow up on tickets with delivery partners and marketplace seller support until each issue is resolved

Reconciliation and accounts
• Reconcile marketplace settlements against orders, returns, commissions, shipping fees, ad spend and other deductions, and recover any wrong or missing amounts

• Reconcile website payments received through GoKwik (prepaid and COD remittances) against orders, refunds and gateway charges
• Check ad spend bills and marketplace invoices against actual usage, and flag any overcharges
• Enter sales and related transactions in our accounting software accurately and on time

Inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory in our inventory software, keep stock levels in sync across the website and marketplaces, and flag low stock before it becomes a stock-out

Tools and automation
• Use GoKwik day to day for checkout, payments, COD and RTO controls
• Use KwikEngage to build and update WhatsApp workflows as needed, such as order confirmations, COD verification, abandoned cart reminders and delivery updates
• Navigate seller portals confidently: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Shopify and courier dashboards

Reporting
• Prepare sales, returns, inventory and reconciliation
