We need someone to own growth on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and the platforms that come next, and to support our e-commerce marketplaces. You’ll grow sales, availability and visibility, and build strong ties with each platform’s category team.

What you’ll do
• Platforms: be the main contact for category managers and buyers; run regular business reviews; secure priority placements, promo slots and seller tier upgrades.
• Growth plan: set city-wise and platform-wise targets with daily run rates; plan for sale events and festive peaks; expand into new cities and dark stores.
• New launches: take new SKUs and trial formats (vials, minis) from seeding to scale, with listings, content and launch support ready on day one.
• Availability: track POs, fill rates and stock-outs by city and dark store; work with warehouse and supply chain so stock matches demand.
• Visibility: run on-platform ads with a focus on city-level ROAS and share of search; keep every listing robust on content, ratings, search ranking and price display.
• Promotions and payments:



execute platform promotions within agreed budgets and track their return; follow up on claims, credit notes and settlements with platform teams.
• Teamwork: align with marketing on campaigns and creatives, and with finance on reconciliations.
• Insights: maintain dashboards for sales, DRR, availability and ad spend; track competitors and category, trends; give leadership clear recommendations.

• Net sales vs plan, by platform and city
• On-shelf availability (OSA) and fill rate
• Active cities and dark stores
• ROAS, share of search and listing health
• Seller tier progress and speed of issue resolution

What you bring
• 3–6 years managing quick commerce or marketplace accounts, on the brand or agency side, with hands-on
• Blinkit, Instamart or Zepto experience
• Solid grasp of dark store mechanics, PO flows, DRR planning, platform ads and promo mechanics
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills an
