Role Description The Data I/O Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing the flow of data to and from the studio’s production pipeline,



including ingesting client materials, organizing and tracking assets, and preparing data for artists and production teams. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring data transfers, ensuring data integrity and security, maintaining storage directories, and following established naming conventions and workflows. The role supports production by coordinating with supervisors, artists, and technical teams to resolve data-related issues and optimize file management processes. The position also involves basic troubleshooting of file formats, verifying deliveries, and adhering to PhantomFX’s data-security standards.

• Strong understanding of file management, directory structures, and data organization within a VFX or post-production workplace.
