Role OverviewWe're looking for a Gen Z Content Creator & Strategist who can think it, write it and shoot it. You'll own the creative that powers Zoop's growth: high-converting Meta ads, influencer campaigns and UGC that make people stop scrolling, tune into a live drop and buy.
You'll come up with the ideas, write the scripts, shoot content yourself and brief and manage the creators who shoot the rest. You'll live on Instagram, spot trends before they peak and turn them into content that performs. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role,



and it can grow into leading Zoop's content and creative function.

Key Responsibilities• Develop a deep understanding of Zoop's shoppers: what grabs their attention, what makes them tune into a live drop, and what makes them bid and buy.
• Own the creative pipeline for paid ads: generate ideas, write scripts and hooks, and deliver a steady flow of Meta ad creatives (Reels, Stories, statics and carousels) built to convert.
• Write sharp, scroll-stopping scripts for ads, influencer integrations, UGC and organic content, and keep a constant bank of fresh scripting ideas and angles.
• Shoot and edit content yourself: on-phone UGC-style videos, product showcases, unboxings, hauls, reactions.
• Source, brief and manage influencers and UGC creators end to end, from scripts and short lists to feedback, timelines and final delivery.
• Track Instagram memes and trends, and turn the right ones into Zoop content fast
