Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who blends international aesthetics with functional precision. You’ll be responsible for designing premium interiors, leading client consultations, and delivering photorealistic renders that reflect the Altairo standard.
This is not just a design job — it’s a creative leadership role in a brand that sets benchmarks in luxury interiors.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and lead turnkey interior projects from concept to execution
• Interpret client briefs into layouts, 3D renders, and mood boards
• Create high-quality photorealistic renders for presentations and approvals
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and final presentations
• Work closely with architects, in-house sales teams, and international partner brands
• Stay updated on global design trends, materials, and technologies
• Mentor and guide junior designers in design and rendering workflows
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Product Design
• 5+ years of industry experience in high-end residential or furniture design
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on rendering experience using software like SketchUp + V-Ray, 3DS Max, Lumion, or equivalent
• Excellent design sense — from spatial planning to material selection
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of global design brands and luxury client handling is a plus
