With our flagship boutique at Fairmont Jaipur, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Brand Relations Intern to support our growing team across client relationships, outreach, brand communication, and business coordination.

The Role
As a Brand Relations Intern, you will work closely with the founders and internal teams across CRM, customer communication, relationship management, outreach, copywriting, research, and sourcing coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• CRM & Client Relations: Maintain customer databases, manage leads, track conversations,



and ensure timely follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
• Outreach & Partnerships: Research and connect with stylists, wedding planners, luxury resellers, personal shoppers, creators, and other relevant industry professionals to explore potential collaborations.
• Customer Communication: Manage Instagram DMs, WhatsApp enquiries, and other customer interactions while maintaining a premium, personalised brand experience.
• Copywriting & Brand Communication: Support communication across Instagram, WhatsApp, emails, captions, campaigns, presentations, and other brand materials.
• Research & Sourcing Support: Conduct industry and competitor research, identify new business opportunities, and assist the CEO with sourcing-related communication and coordination.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the founders and internal teams to manage follow-ups, maintain trackers, and support ongoing brand initiatives.
