About House of ArdourHouse of Ardour is an Ahmedabad-based home fragrance brand creating thoughtfully crafted luxury soy candles and reed diffusers. We combine beautiful design, elevated fragrances, and everyday indulgence to create products for personal use, gifting, and corporate occasions.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our customer base, develop B2B and corporate gifting opportunities, and streamline our day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and reach out to potential corporate gifting clients, gifting agencies, retailers, event planners, and other B2B customers.
• Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads, and build relationships with prospective clients over calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, share catalogs, and follow up consistently to convert leads into orders.
• Maintain a structured database of leads, client interactions, quotations,



and sales opportunities.
• Explore current sales channels and opportunities to grow the brand.

2. WhatsApp & Customer Marketing
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing and customer outreach campaigns for product launches, festive gifting, offers, and repeat purchases.
• Maintain customer and prospect databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist with email outreach, promotional campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives.

3. Sales Operations & Organization
• Maintain Excel sheets and trackers for leads, orders, follow-ups, sales performance, and client databases.
• Keep sales records, quotations, and customer information accurate and up to date.
• Track pending enquiries, upcoming follow-ups, order status, and other important tasks independently.
• Help improve existing processes and bring more structure to day-to-day operations.

4. Marketing & Brand Support
• Assist with basic Canva desig
