KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the National HoReCa business strategy, revenue and P&L;, including the luxury segment.
• Develop and lead our luxury brand(s) across the HoReCa channel.
• Build and deepen relationships with luxury hotel groups, 5-star properties, premium restaurant chains, cafés, airlines and institutional customers.
• Position and grow the brand as a preferred partner in the luxury hospitality segment, in line with premium brand standards.
• Develop the national route-to-market, channel and distribution strategy.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, new customer segments and avenues for business expansion.




• Lead strategic negotiations on pricing, contracts, commercial terms and customer partnerships.
• Build a high-performing HoReCa sales team and establish transparent business accountability.
• Drive brand presence, customer activation, product training for F&B; teams and visibility within the channel, especially in luxury properties.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams on portfolio development, NPD and market-led solutions for premium and luxury customers.
• Use customer, market and competitor intelligence to shape business decisions.
• Drive sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance reviews and execution discipline.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
• 15+ years of experience, with significant exposure to HoReCa / Institutional business.
• Proven experience in managing premium or luxury brands within the HoReCa channel.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Hospitality or an allied category is preferred.
