Key Responsibilities1. Project Development & Lead Generation• Identify potential projects for solar and energy storage integration and develop suitable techno-commercial solutions.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, local industry events, exhibitions, and digital lead conversion activities.
• Develop current business opportunities through customer engagement, channel partnerships, and project-based sales initiatives.
• Build relationships with solar EPC companies, system integrators, consultants, and end customers across North India.

2. Technical & Customer Support• Coordinate with the technical team for solution design, system sizing, feasibility assessments, and project proposals.
• Provide basic technical guidance and pre-sales support to customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and coordinate post-sales service support.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver appropriate solar inverter and battery storage solutions based on customer requirements.

3. Reporting & MIS• Maintain accurate sales forecasts,



pipeline data, customer records, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, business forecasts, and market updates to senior management.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment collection from channel partners and customers.
• Track sales targets, conversion ratios, and business development activities to support revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA in Marketing or Energy Management will be an added advantage.
• 10–12 years of experience in sales and business development within the solar inverter, battery, energy storage, or renewable energy industry.
• Experience in managing North Zone sales operations, including business development, channel management, and team leadership across multiple locations.
