We are looking for an experienced, technically proficient and result-oriented Head – Current Part Development (NPD) to lead the complete development cycle of precision-engineered components, from customer RFQ to successful serial production.

Key Responsibilities• End-to-End NPD Ownership: Lead new part development from RFQ evaluation, technical feasibility and process planning through prototyping,



customer approvals and production handover.
• Feasibility & Costing: Analyse complex engineering drawings, GD&T;, materials and technical specifications; develop competitive manufacturing costs, cycle-time estimates and tooling budgets.
• Process Development: Define manufacturing routes, operation sequences, machining strategies, cutting tools, fixtures, gauges and inspection methodologies.
• Prototype & Trial Management: Drive first-off development, machining trials, troubleshooting, process optimisation and sample submissions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality, cost and delivery commitments.
• Quality & Validation: Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FAI, PFMEA, Control Plans and customer-specific requirements.
