We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Editor who can turn ideas into engaging content and manage the day-to-day execution of our social media channels.

This role combines video editing, content ideation, thumbnail creation, content calendar management, and social media publishing. From editing scroll-stopping Reels to scheduling posts and maintaining a consistent content calendar, you’ll play an important role in building our brand’s digital presence.

What You’ll Do

Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and other digital platforms.

Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and creative formats aligned with brand objectives and current social media trends.

Create video thumbnails, Reel covers, and supporting creatives using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.

Manage and maintain social media content calendars,



ensuring content is planned, scheduled, and published on time.

Handle social media posting, scheduling, reposting, and cross-platform content distribution.

Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, and other publishing elements to ensure content is ready for posting.

Repurpose existing videos, webinars, interviews, and long-form content into engaging short-form videos.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to plan and execute social media content.

Track published content and monitor basic metrics such as views, reach, watch time, and engagement.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered content creation tools.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, social media management, or content creation.

Solid command of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
