Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Engineer – L1 role based in Kanyakumari, with required travel to branches in Tamil Nadu and Kerala (approximately two visits per month across four branches).



The IT Support Engineer – L1 will provide first-level technical support for laptops and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and basic hardware diagnostics. The role involves software installation support, including operating systems, productivity tools, and Fluxo-related applications, following company policies and security guidelines. The Support Engineer will monitor and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (email, user accounts, access, and basic administration), as well as Wi-Fi, routers, and networking connectivity in branch locations. The role includes documenting issues and resolutions, coordinating with higher-level support when needed, and providing explicit, professional communication to internal users and branch teams.
