Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales performance, inventory control, and visual merchandising to ensure a high-quality retail environment.



This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong product and technical knowledge of Apple devices and accessories. The Store Manager monitors store profitability, implements retail loss prevention practices, and ensures compliance with company policies and brand standards. The position also involves coaching and developing team members, organizing in-store events and training sessions, and collaborating with regional management to achieve business goals.
