Location: Goa | Office-Based | Rotational Shifts
Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant work experience
Industry Preference: Hospitality, Vacation Rentals, or Property Management

Hireavilla is looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive – Short Term Rentals to manage rental enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and build lasting relationships with guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to maximise revenue.
Candidates currently based in North Goa with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities• Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage rental enquiries, follow up with prospective guests, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and work towards achieving rental revenue targets.
• Lead Management: Handle enquiries across multiple channels, maintain accurate enquiry records, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
• Calendar & Booking Management: Maintain updated home availability calendars and coordinate bookings to maximise occupancy and revenue.
