Role Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing strategy to handle assigned D2C brands. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a solid marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Analytical & Data
• Data analysis – Ability to interpret campaign data,
spot patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• ROI tracking & attribution modeling – Understanding where conversions come from and which channels drive the most value.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency – For data manipulation, reporting, and forecasting.
Channel Expertise
• Google Ads – Mastery in keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and Quality Score optimization.
• Meta– Knowing how to build audiences, structure campaigns, test creatives, and scale ad sets
• Email & CRM marketing – Understanding how to drive retention through automated campaigns.
Performance Strategy
• Full-funnel strategy – Knowing how to design campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Media planning & budgeting – Allocating budgets across platforms to meet CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
