Role Description The Healthcare Specialist at Synergy Tamer Mursi is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role involves providing direct patient care, supporting medical assessments, and assisting in routine clinical procedures in coordination with healthcare professionals. The Healthcare Specialist will help monitor patient status, document clinical information accurately, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families on basic health practices, and participating in health programs, trainings, and emergency response as needed. The role also requires maintaining clean and organized clinical areas, managing basic medical supplies, and following all organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
• Clinical and emergency care skills,



including EMT and basic Medicine knowledge.
• Strong Communication abilities for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Experience in Training and healthcare education or willingness to learn and conduct health-related training sessions.
• Foundational Healthcare knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows and patient safety standards.
• Relevant certification or diploma in EMT, nursing, paramedical, or other healthcare disciplines preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and adapt to fast-paced clinical environments.
• Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and commitment to non-discriminatory, patient-centered care.
