The Role
The Head of Legal Counsel will provide strategic leadership and oversight to Fulcrum Digital's legal function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This role requires an experienced qualified to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, safeguard intellectual property, manage corporate governance, and oversee all legal aspects of the business while fostering a high-performing legal team.

What You'll Do
• Contract Management
• Draft, review,



and negotiate a diverse portfolio of contracts to secure win-win outcomes for Fulcrum Digital and counterparties.
• Act as a business enabler by proactively recommending solutions and driving the contracting process.
• Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate necessary protections into contracts.
• Serve as the custodian of all contracts and oversee the finalization of EULAs for SaaS offerings.

• Renewals & Extensions
• Monitor and ensure timely renewals and extensions to prevent gaps in contracting.
• Collaborate with business teams to expedite the contracting process and mitigate the risk of operating without contracts.

• Reporting & MIS
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on services being provided without contracts.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on contracts scheduled for renewal within the next 90 days.
