About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience supporting US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have experience creating marketing and demand generation assets, webinar and event creatives, sales collateral, presentations and campaign-related design materials.
The candidate should be comfortable handling both day-to-day creative production and larger campaign design requirements while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign and Demand Generation: Design digital advertisements, social media creatives, email graphics and landing page visuals for marketing campaigns.
• Webinar and Event Design: Create promotional graphics and visual assets for webinars, virtual events and marketing events.
• Sales and Product Collateral: Design one-pagers, product sheets,



marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
• Presentation Design: Create and refine skilled presentations, pitch decks and business presentations.
• Creative Production: Handle daily design requests, including resizing, versioning, adapting layouts and preparing assets for different platforms and placements.
• Campaign Concepts: Support larger campaign concepts and brand initiatives by developing visual directions and creative assets from approved briefs.
• Brand Consistency: Follow brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, templates and established visual standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review designs for visual accuracy, layout consistency, formatting and adherence to specifications.
• File Preparation: Export and organize final assets in the required formats for digital publishing, marketing platforms and stakeholder handoffs.
