Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a remote internship role. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting positions, screening applications, and scheduling interviews,



as well as helping maintain employee records and HR documentation. The intern will contribute to onboarding processes, support the implementation of HR policies, and help address basic employee queries under supervision. Additional tasks may involve coordinating virtual training or engagement initiatives, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with team members to improve HR processes. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a growing Ed-Tech environment and opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals.
