Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager – Export Sales to drive international business growth across the US, Europe, and other global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export sales, international market expansion, and dealer/distributor development, preferably in the tools, equipment, or machinery industry.

A key requirement is proven experience in building export business from scratch, developing new markets, acquiring customers, establishing distribution networks, and generating sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Export Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability across international markets.
• Identify new countries, market segments, and business opportunities to expand the company's global presence.




• Establish annual sales plans, revenue targets, and market development strategies.

2. New Business Development from Scratch
• Build and develop export business from the ground up in new and untapped international markets.
• Identify target countries, assess market potential, and formulate effective market-entry strategies.
• Establish a customer base, appoint dealers and distributors, and develop a robust sales network in new geographies.
• Drive new customer acquisition and convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
• Develop business plans, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and market expansion roadmaps.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to take new markets from initial market research and entry to revenue generation and profitable growth.

3. International Sales & Market Expansion
• Drive export sales across the US, Europe, and other strategic international mark
