Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities for Prasad Group’s residential and commercial projects in Kolkata. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and developing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.



The Sales Manager will engage with prospective buyers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to closure. The role includes coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth client experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property development, with a strong track record in residential and/or commercial project sales.
