We are looking for an experienced Erlang Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Erlang/OTP, concurrent programming, and distributed backend systems. The ideal candidate will help build scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant applications.
? Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Erlang.
• Build scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant backend systems.
• Develop concurrent and distributed applications using Erlang/OTP.
• Work with OTP behaviours, including GenServer, Supervisor, and Application.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions,



and deployment activities.

? Required Skills• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Erlang programming.
• Good understanding of Erlang/OTP and OTP behaviours.
• Experience with concurrent and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of fault-tolerant and highly available application design.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend service development.
• Understanding of database concepts and data modelling.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, and software development best practices.
