Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role at our office in Sector 121, Noida. You will own NNG's main Instagram and YouTube pages and grow them through reels, shorts, long-form videos, and podcast clips. Day-to-day, you will:
• Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram and YouTube, built around NNG's core series and festival dates
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, titles, and descriptions in Hindi, Hinglish, and English
• Plan and run shoots with Dr. Garg, then brief editors and check every piece before it goes live
• Cut reels and shorts from long videos and podcast appearances
• Post and schedule content, and manage comments and DMs, passing enquiries to the client team quickly
• Track trends, audio and formats in the astrology, numerology, Vastu and wellness space, and test new ideas every week
• Read Instagram and YouTube Insights and share a weekly report on views, reach, followers, saves and enquiries
• Work with the business development, client relations and AI content teams so social media drives real enquiries
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram and YouTube for a brand, creator or agency
• Proven work on reels and shorts that grew reach or followers (please share links)
• Strong writing in Hindi and English, with a sharp sense for hooks and short-form storytelling
• Working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Studio analytics
• Basic editing skills in CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro
• Comfort working on camera shoots and coordinating with editors
• Interest in spirituality, wellness, or personal growth content is a strong plus
• An ethical approach to content: no fear-based or misleading claims
• Based in Delhi NCR and able to work on-site in Noida Sector 121
