The role
Lead performance marketing for aiqa and own consumer acquisition across all our products. Based in Gurugram, in office.
What you'll own
• Performance marketing across digital channels, run in-house, from budget to scale
• Acquisition for each current product we launch
• Creative testing, with the content team
• The numbers, and the call on what to scale or cut
Who we're looking for
• Has scaled paid acquisition for a consumer brand; healthcare experience preferred
• Has run growth across multiple products at once
• Thinks in CAC and creative, not just bids
• Sharp with data, with a strong eye for brand
