To manage & drive the technical training for Part of North & Central region for field service team & improve the technical competency & product knowledge for the products like Refrigerators & Washing machine & Air conditioners for service teams.
Preferred skills and experiences
• Qualification - ITI OR Diploma.
• 5+ Years of experience in technical training on appliances.
• Home Appliances product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
Your responsibilities will include
• Develop & implement technical training strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training programmes for service engineers, technicians for the responsible territories.
• Assess training needs & identify skill gaps within service teams.
• Deliver product installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting , maintenance & repair training.
• Drive technician upskilling & competency development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Service quality & service teams to incorporate the technical updates into the training programme.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments & certification & performance metrics.
• Maintain training records, reports & compliance documentations.
Minimum requirements
• Experience in technical training delivery.
• Solid and practical knowledge of home appliances products - Refrigerators, Washing machine, Air conditioners & Microwave oven.
• Experience in technical, troubleshooting & diagnostics training.
• Proficiency in Digital learning, Classroom training & MS Office.
• Qualification - ITI OR Diploma.
