Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential partners, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, prepare proposals,



support contract discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance against targets, and contributing ideas to expand the academy’s reach and impact.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, maintain retention, and support revenue growth.
