Role Description The Account Executive role at SaaSflair Technologies is a full-time position based in Patna, structured as a hybrid role with a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of client accounts, understanding customer needs, and presenting appropriate SaaS platform solutions. The Account Executive will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and follow up to close new business while retaining and expanding existing accounts.



The role involves coordinating with internal product, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and reporting on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle for B2B or SaaS solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, handle objections, and negotiate agreements that meet customer and business needs.
• Experience using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track pipeline, performance metrics, and customer engagement.
• Robust communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
