Role Overview:
Remedo, a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency serving dental and medical practices in the US and UK.
Remedo is looking for a hands-on Lead PPC Operations to run our paid media function end to end. You will own day-to-day operations of the ads team, the health of 50+ client ad accounts, and the results we deliver. This is a player-coach role: you lead the team, stay close to the work, step in on accounts yourself to help solve complex problems, and are accountable for outcomes, not just activity. You will work across Google Ads and Meta Ads today and help us build capability on newer channels such as Apple Search Ads and LLM / AI-assistant ads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team: coach and review the ads team, set priorities and standards, and own hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Own daily operations: monitor budget pacing, spend anomalies, disapprovals,
tracking breaks and lead quality across all accounts, with a transparent daily and weekly check rhythm and SOPs.
• Own results: be accountable for account performance against client goals (cost per lead, lead quality, ROAS, booked appointments); diagnose underperformance independently and drive the fix.
• Step up with clients: lead the ads discussion in strategy and review calls, explain results and decisions clearly, and own ads escalations.
• Work across teams: collaborate closely with account management, SEO, content, web and design on landing pages, tracking, handovers and client goals.
• Platforms and measurement: strategy and optimization in Google Ads and Meta Ads; sound tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Emerging channels and AI: pilot Apple Search Ads and LLM ad formats, and use AI and automation to make the team faster and more accurate.
