Role Description
This is a full time, Remote Job role (WFH) for a Conference Producer/ Business Development Officer (BDO) specializing in speaker and delegate acquisition for events and conferences. The role involves designing and producing conference agendas, identifying key themes and topics, and conducting market research to ensure content relevance and audience engagement.



The Conference Producer/ BDO will proactively identify, approach, and secure high-quality speakers, panelists, and moderators, and build long-term relationships with industry experts and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing delegate acquisition campaigns, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and overseeing event timelines to ensure smooth execution. The role also requires continuous monitoring of industry trends, maintaining accurate records of speakers and delegates, and providing input to improve future events and conference formats.

Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years in Events, Conferences & Exhibitions
Education: UG/ PG (Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Comm, Journalism)
Industry Exposure: Media, Advertising & Events Preferred
Job Location: Remote working (Delhi NCR, Pune or Metro Cities Preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: As per industry knowledge, skills & experience
