Profile required
Solid hands-on experience in Planisware development and configuration.
Expertise in OPX2 scripting, custom edits, workflows, and application configurations.
Planisware Core or Advanced Certification preferred.
• Lead all technical deliveries and provide technical direction to the development team.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Planisware configuration, customization, and development.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, BAs, and client teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Own technical design, code quality, estimation, risk management, and release planning.
• Mentor and support team members in resolving complex technical challenges. Drive Agile delivery practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams while maintaining delivery commitments.
