Role Description The Training Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for planning, organizing,



and delivering training programs for Team Members across departments, aligned with brand standards and the CARE philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding sessions, skills and service trainings, tracking attendance and completion, and maintaining accurate training records. The Training Executive will assess training needs in collaboration with department heads, update training materials, and ensure content reflects both global brand guidelines and local market requirements. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to support continuous learning and performance development.
Qualifications
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of Team Mem
