Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on accountant with practical experience using Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.

This person will manage daily accounting and multi-company accounts, enter sales and purchase orders where needed, process payroll through external software, maintain vendor product lists, and provide timely financial reports. The role requires daily review of transaction and inventory accuracy, consistent customer collections, and timely vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting and Transaction Review

• Record and review customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries in Odoo.
• Create and update sales orders and purchase orders where needed, using approved pricing, quantities, and terms.
• Review accounting entries and inventory transactions daily to identify incorrect prices, quantities, product codes, duplicate entries, missing transactions, and posting errors.
• Investigate discrepancies with the responsible department, correct authorized errors, and escalate unresolved issues.




• Match purchase orders, receiving records, vendor bills, sales orders, deliveries, and customer invoices.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, customer deposits, supplier advances, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain supporting documents and a explicit audit trail.
• Save an digital file for each project/sales (All invoices and all costs bills) by Project/Invoice number

Multi-Company Accounting

• Maintain separate, accurate accounts for World Deal Traders and related company entities.
• Record transactions under the correct company, bank account, currency, and accounting period.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, transfers, and shared expenses.
• Prepare financial reports for each company and combined management reports where required.
• Maintain appropriate separation of records and follow each company’s approval procedures.

Accounts Receivable and Collections
