About the Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and BDD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze the testing requirements of the project
• Design and implement effective test automation strategies
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java and Selenium
• Create and maintain BDD scenarios and frameworks using Cucumber
• Review test cases and ensure adequate test coverage
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
• Prepare and review test reports and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
• Communicate testing progress and issues to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4.5–9 years of experience in software testing and automation
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Core Java and Selenium
• Strong experience with Cucumber and BDD
• Good understanding of automation testing concepts
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks
Preferred Skills
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito
• Knowledge of REST Assured
• Experience with JMeter
• Familiarity with Protractor
• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks
